Through bird and tree identification as well as wildlife tracking, you can begin to know our natural world more intimately. Improve your wellbeing with guided meditation, gentle movements and breathing exercises. This practice has been proven to reduce stress, strengthen the immune system and help restore a sense of balance.

Located on a hillside that overlooks the Westfield River Valley, the Homestead was the childhood home of poet William Cullen Bryant. With gentle trees through old-growth forest and a serene stream, this makes for an ideal setting for a stroll and forest bathing.
