Experiences reserved through Adventure East website:
The following conditions apply to Adventure East experiences that do not include an overnight stay.
Payment: To confirm a reservation, you must pay 100% at the time you make a reservation.
No Show: We will provide you with the location of each event. If you have any questions about arriving, please communicate with us at least 24 hours before the scheduled experience. To avoid inconveniencing those guests who arrive on time, we will wait a maximum of 10 minutes for all guests to arrive. If you are more than 10 minutes late you will be considered a No Show and subject to the Day Tour Cancelation Policy below.
Rescheduling: We are unable to reschedule reservations within 14 days prior to an experience. Rescheduling is considered the same as canceling and subject to the Day Tour Cancelation Policy below.
Cancellations and refunds:
SINGLE DAY EXPERIENCES: To receive a refund, you must cancel at least 14 days prior to the experience. A cancellation fee of $10 plus credit card fees will be applied to your cancellation. Cancelations within 14 days of an experience are non-refundable.
MULTIDAY EXPERIENCES:
- >60-days prior to experience, full refund, less a $50 admin fee
- 30-60 days prior to experience, 50% refund
- <30 days prior, no refund
Weather Cancelations: Most of our experiences can operate in all weather conditions. If weather is a factor, we will make the decision the morning of the experience. If we cancel due to weather conditions you will receive a credit for the full amount paid for the experience.

If you have booked a private experience with Adventure East, please review the terms and conditions in your sales agreement.
