Experiences reserved through our website:

The following conditions apply to Adventure East experiences that do not include an overnight stay.

Payment: To confirm a reservation, you must pay 100% at the time you make a reservation.

Rescheduling: You may reschedule your experience up to 7 days before the scheduled experience for the same experience at a later scheduled date without penalty.

No Show: We will provide you with the location of each event. If you have any questions about arriving, please communicate with us at least 24 hours before the scheduled experience. To avoid inconveniencing those guests who arrive on time, we will wait a maximum of 15 minutes for all guests to arrive. If you are more than 15 minutes late you will be considered a No Show and subject to cancellation terms.

Cancellation: You may cancel your reservation for a Day Tour Experience at any time.

To receive a refund, you must cancel at least 7 days prior to the experience. A cancellation fee of $10 plus credit card fees will be applied to your cancellation.

Weather: Most of our experiences can operate in all weather conditions. If we cancel due to weather conditions you will receive a credit for the full amount paid for the experience.
