- Each participant, or their guardian, must sign a waiver to participate in an Adventure East experience. Following payment of your online booking, your reservation confirmation will include a link to e-sign the waiver. Due to insurance requirements, we are unable to accommodate guests who do not sign a waiver.
Unplug for a few hours and take a rejuvenating stroll through the forest with us. This is a gentle and mindful outdoor experience that will allow you to connect deeply to the healing powers of nature. You will saunter along woodland trails, immersing yourself in the sights and sounds all around you, allowing you to become acquainted with life in the forest. Through bird and tree identification as well as wildlife tracking, you can begin to know our natural world more intimately. Improve your wellbeing with guided meditation, gentle movements and breathing exercises. This practice has been proven to reduce stress, strengthen the immune system and help restore a sense of balance.
Trustees: William Cullen Bryant Homestead
Former childhood home to the illustrious 19th century poet, William Cullen Bryant, the homestead is now home to nearly 200-acres of preserved property. Trails running through the property feature old-growth forests, meadows, and remnants of a lovely, old orchard.
Trustees: Chesterfield Gorge
A Trustees property since 1929, Chesterfield Gorge is an historic landscape comprised of primarily forested land and a 1.5 – mile stretch of the Westfield River, which over time, carved the feature for which the property is named.

Located in Williamstown, MA. The Field Farm property boasts more than 300 acres of open fields, woods, and wetlands with four miles of footpaths. Perfect for an idyllic day trip with views of Mt. Greylock, the landscape is both peaceful and memorable.
