This is an all-levels restorative yoga experience in a beautiful and serene location. Enjoy the sounds, sights, and smells of nature through an embodied exploration of mindfulness, movement, breath, and the senses. Immerse yourself in the flower-filled gardens and natural surroundings as your guide takes you through a reflective exploration of both internal and external landscape. This experience will include 75 min restorative yoga class and conclude with a mindful walk in nature. Immersion in the natural world or Forest Bathing practice is known to boost your immune system and lower stress hormones. You will build strength, flexibility, and self-awareness while deepening your appreciation for our local forests and reaping the mind-body health benefits of nature and community. This experience will be led by Ami Jean Aubin RYT-200 Kripalu Yoga Instructor and Kripalu Mindful Outdoor Guide.
