Guest Registration and Communication

Adventure East provides an online platform for partners to offer their complete catalog of experiences for promotion to their community.

With an online platform, partners benefit from a seamless registration process for their community. All member information captured during the registration process is shared with partners.

Guest communication is one of the most critical pieces of the overall guest experience and satisfaction. Through our platform and direct communications, Adventure East ensures that each guest receives accurate and timely information before, during and after their experience. Feedback is requested from all guests and shared with partners.

Guiding & Safety

Adventure East works with partners to identify their specific needs when it comes to staffing partner experiences.

We can work with partners to recruit and train your guides, or we can provide expert guides from our own roster. Adventure East guides maintain SOLO Wilderness First Aid and CPR certifications and specialty certifications according to the guides area of expertise (e.g. paddling, rock climbing, archery, etc.). Guides are also trained to be ambassadors of partner organizations and communicate partner information as directed.

All Adventure East guides are employees (W-2) and are covered under our General Liability, Workers Compensation and Umbrella policies. Partners are listed as an additional insured on our policies for peace of mind.
